Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where the posture is held for 2 to 5 minutes or more.

Yin is a wonderful practice on its own, but also an excellent complementary practice to the more vigorous styles. Each posture is approached fully with lots of time to allow the practitioner to find the appropriate form for them.

Classes include pranayama, asanas, relaxation and short guided meditation.
