During the practice, you are rewiring your brain! Beginning with a few slow, gentle movements, the practitioner settles comfortably on the mat, sofa, reclining chair, or even the bed; following the words of the narrator to be guided through the conscious, sub-conscious and unconscious levels of the brain.
Yoga Nidra can be practised anywhere. No previous meditation/yoga experience or fitness clothing required.
Your unique Yoga Nidra practice begins with getting better acquainted; first by completing a detailed questionnaire, then a consultation by phone, Skype or in person. Once I understand you, your needs, preferences, even hopes and dreams, I will prepare your personalized Yoga Nidra Practice.
The practice will be delivered via email within 10 days of consultation and will include:

- Brief 15-minute Body & Breath Awareness Recording
A 10-minute Somatic Movement Practice
